Character Restrictions

1) Kekkei Genkai: Your kekkei genkai MUST be clan-wide. A clan may only have 1 kekkeu genkai.
2) No form Sharingan, Byakugan or Rinnegan is allowed. This is to promote the invention of new kekkei genkai (some acceptions may be made.)
3) Make sure to follow the character creation guide
4) Each character starting at level one will have 0 skill points to start with.

If ur not allowed sharingan, how come cyber has 1?

Not enough restrictions. Anybody could make godly characters with these rules and merely use their imagination to kill anyone they wish without reaction
