Effect: This is the first of the Tayaru clan's secret wind style jutsu. The first layer involves using chakra to draw in wind and surround the user with a layer of air. This jutsu will increase both speed and power, but only by a little bit.

Name: Second layer-Sharp wind

Type: Wind style

Effect: This is the second of the Tayaru clan's secret wind style jutsu. The second layer involves using chakra to make the wind from layer 1 into a very sharp wind.
This will increase the user's speed and power by an avarege amount; it will also allow the user to cut things with there arms and legs using the sharp wind. Requires the first layer activated in order to activate this jutsu.
